How to play

Play by standard chess rules. Tap your piece in front, then move it to a green square. Checkmate the enemy King to win and conquer that battle, then on to the next. Win ten battles to bring about the Restoration. As you rise in rank (Ronin → Patriot → Captain → Elder Statesman), your number of "takebacks" (undo a move) increases. Supports castling, en passant, and pawn promotion.
